The Kopint-Datorg PLC. established its limited liability company in 1993 specialized in property management and information technology whose sphere of activity included, among others, operation and management of real estates of the PLC., data processing, advising activity on hardware issues, software distribution, consultation. The Kopint-Datorg PLC. - the owner - was formed in 1987 by merging two organizations named Kopint specialized in economy research and Datorg dealing with data processing.

The IT Division, which was one of the dominant structural units of the PLC. specialized in IT development and operation, was transferred on Jan 1st 2006 from Kopint-Datorg PLC. to Kopint-Datorg IT and Asset Management Ltd. with unchanged activity. Simultaneously with transfer of this division, development and operation of IT systems have become main profile of the Ltd.

Our colleagues have obtained great deal of experience in development and operation of large scale data processing systems, first of all, monitoring economic processes. In addition to data processing systems, we have significant references in quality management and/or project management related to development of IT systems.

With knowledge of wide range of the development tools and operation systems we work out IT systems by high-ranking technologies and take on comprehensive and full operation. By virtue of performing commercial activity our company is capable of meeting our partners' hardware and software demands directly, at favourable prices. Besides, we also deal with marketing of stationery and other office supplies.
